RETURN POLICY:

Confectionately Yours wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Every item is personally inspected to assure top quality before it is shipped. If you receive a product that is damaged upon receipt, we will gladly replace it provided the following conditions are met:

-Product is returned within 7 days of receipt. NO packages will be accepted after that time period has ended. Please return all packages UPS or USPS insured Parcel Post. These methods allow for tracking and compensation if the package is lost or damaged. Confectionately Yours will not be responsible for packages that are shipped by other methods. You must e-mail Confectionately Yours with the tracking number.

-The product is not edible. For health and safety reasons, no edible items may be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to: frostings, icings, mixes, fillings, chocolate, fondant, meringue powder, sanding sugars, sugar pearls, luster dust, shortening, crunches, caramel, gum paste, emulsions/flavors, food colors, edible markers, candy/chocolate rocks, rice paper, paramount crystals cocoa butter, and any other edible item not listed above.

-The product has not been used. No exchanges will be given for products that have been used or damaged as a result of customer misuse.

-Product must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must not be damaged.
-You are responsible for the cost of returning the package to us.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Confectionately Yours has no minimum order.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN U.S. FUNDS. CA RESIDENTS ADD 7.25% SALES TAX.
